My new class in Central Park. It is a BOOT camp meaning it should kick your ass a little bit. Generally since it is in the morning on Saturday, things should stay pretty mellow. I save the puke sessions for the studio - saving you the public humiliation. Seriously, I’m always looking out for you.

Fun to watch. Dangerous to do. I can teach you.

Friday night fights: waxing philosophical about the right and wrong way to approach self defense, fighting techniques and correct body movement. The debate goes on. However one should note that nothing in nature is linear. The line is an invention useful in mathematics, engineering, design etc. In life we encounter dynamic situations that require micro adjustments on the part of our musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Train with emphasis on high repetitions, low levels of resistance, incorporate balance and investigate the circle.

Yes we may seem “exclusive and private” but we still want you to get here! If you are lost just pull this up on your phone and you will find all of the landmarks needed to find us.

Horse stance to reverse punch. Be careful if you try this. Go slow at first and make sure you can do it comfortably before going faster and lower to the ground. Have fun and as my teacher often told me, “don’t do anything stupid”.

A great after dinner and before bed snack is good old fashioned peanut butter and celery. I like my peanut butter raw and organic. If you want to get “cRaZy” you can add some raisins for the ants on a log effect.
