Klimb Kilimanjaro!
Here is a workout I created for my friend Kathy who is soon to climb this special mountain in Tanzania.  At 13,000 feet the summit presents a challenging climb.  So here we rock the legs!

biotreck warm up 10 minutes
12” plyobox step over 1 minute
kung fu push up 1 minute
capoeria jenga block the face
dead lift
24” plyobox step up
jump squat
