1. My new class in Central Park. It is a BOOT camp meaning it should kick your ass a little bit. Generally since it is in the morning on Saturday, things should stay pretty mellow.   6. Horse stance to reverse punch.  Be careful if you try this.  Go slow at first and make sure you can do it comfortably before going faster and lower to the ground.  Have fun and as my teacher often told me, “don’t do anything stupid”.
