We Have Options

Everything is being turned upside down with the global health crisis. We get it, you are bummed about your plans being canceled, upset by the massive inconvenienced and fearful of what could possibly happen in the near future.  We want to acknowledge that this is real and scary.  We here at ATOMIC are also grappling with this new reality.  In the face of these daunting circumstances we choose to stay positive.  As the situation changes, we will update you accordingly.  That said, here are some amazing training options for you!

OPTION 1: KEEP TRAINING – AT ATF

ATOMIC is 1-On-1 Training. We don’t do group classes. As a result, for the time being we have the ability to practice social distancing while keeping our doors open.  We will continue to double our cleaning efforts, and temporarily suspend the stretching at the end of sessions to minimize close contact. Unless instructed otherwise by the City of New York, we are open for business.  Of course, as mentioned previously, if you are ill, stay home.  For those who can get to ATOMIC safely, let’s stay healthy and fit!  That goes for clients and trainers alike.

OPTION 2: KEEP TRAINING – AT HOME

With the power of video conferencing we have the ability to train you via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom etcetera.  We have done this for years, but never made a thing of it because we always prefer to see you in person.  Regardless, at this time we must adhere to our principals.  We are your trainers, coaches and teammates and we are here to support your training and health! 

If you are healthy, let’s keep it that way.  Exercise has been shown to boost the immune system.  If you get sick, we will be here for you as soon as you get better.  Right now we have an opportunity to make progress or lose ground. At ATOMIC, we always choose to move forward and confront life’s obstacles.  That’s one of our main principals and what we practice in the gym. 

We’re all dealing with this situation in different ways. Using video calls we can keep you in the game!  Let us create fun ways for you to exercise away the cabin fever, in the comfort of your home, without any equipment.  Try it out for no charge.
